What is a Food Truck Factory? It is a place where food truck vendors can come together on our location to showcase their culinary dishes to the people of East Point!
What will we be offering? With all of our tiers below, you will receive GUARANTEED:
• Covered parking in secure gated area
• Selling & eating areas on site
• Third party App Pick-Ups & Ordering
• In & Out Capabilities to sell when you want
• On-site catering and festival inclusion
• Full bar on site including an event hall & brewery
• Bathrooms and customer/staff parking
• A water source, grease disposal. We cannot provide power unfortunately so you must use your own generator.
• Dumpster / trash haul off
Please note there is a one time admin fee of $150 with booking.

Platinum Tier $800/Month
Our most lucrative tier includes all of the above bullet points PLUS first-priority parking, exclusivity over category, up to 10’ X 10’ storage, automatic inclusion in on site events, and a free subscription to our co-working space.

Gold Tier $600/Month
Our next tier includes all of the above bullet points PLUS second-priority parking, exclusive on category, and automatic inclusion in onsite events.

Silver Tier $400/Month
Want only the necessities? Our basic tier includes all of the above bullet points ONLY with no extra add-ons.

Bronze Tier $200/Instance
Don’t need a full month? No Problem! Our per-instance rate allows you to pay only for a specific instance to vend on location. If you only want to join us on special days (such as any events we may be hosting) this is the tier for you!
What happens after I book?
After you fill out the form, we will reach back out to you with a lease agreement. Please ensure you read it in its entirety and provide it back to us in a timely matter so we can get you in!
